Returns and Exchanges

We are confident that you will be very happy with your Parade purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every Parade item. If you would like to exchange or refund your items for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you. 

Online Purchases:

Online return processing is accepted within 14 days of delivery, on unwashed and unworn items. Please ensure that you've checked our size chart, as babies do come in all sizes. If in between, we always recommend sizing up.  Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. We will issue you a refund on your return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but we will ship replacement products requested in exchange for returned products for free.  If for any reason you'd like to return your item after the 14 day return period, we will provide a store credit.

Please send all returns via the method it was originally shipped to you and keep your tracking number. Lost items are the responsibility of the buyer.
